Tozi Totopos are locally made in Austin, Texas by using recipes passed down through six generations. Inspired by the ancestral foods of Jalisco, Mexico, our chips are made from non-GMO blue corn and amaranth, two powerful superfoods the Aztecs once called sacred. Each batch is cooked in Non GMP avocado oil and seasoned with just a touch of sea salt for a light, perfectly crunchy chip that’s both authentic and better-for-you. Blue corn isn’t just beautiful, it’s naturally rich in antioxidants (the same kind found in blueberries!) and easier to digest than yellow or white corn. Amaranth adds a boost of plant-based protein and fiber, creating a nourishing balance that tastes incredible on its own or paired with your favorite dips, guacamole, or ceviche.
