This wine is made entirely from William F?vre?s estate parcels, managed organically since 2000. Grown from 38 hectares mostly adjacent to Premier Cru vineyards, it ages for 10-12 in almost all stainless steel, with 5-10% aging in old French oak barrels for 5-6 months.
