To make this awesome release, Czech Your Cold, we essentially inverted the traditional cold ipa, meaning we brewed a Czech Style Pilsner with Pilsner malt, then fermented it cool with our ale strain and dry hopped it like an IPA with Czech Saaz and Zuper Saazer hops. Eminently drinkable! 6.2%
