Driven by ripe red cherries, raspberries, pomegranates, and boysenberries, interlaced with pressed violets and hibiscus flowers, wild Mediterranean herbs, and a clear touch of slate minerality. A juicy, medium-to-full-bodied palate featuring layers of black fruit, plum and dark cherries. Accented by notes of cocoa, black tea and milled white pepper. It has a velvety, supple mouthfeel with fine-grained, grippy, and stony tannins. The finish is long, lively, and fresh, balanced by an underlying slate-driven mineral streak.
