You’re hit with bright lemon zest, jasmine, and crisp quince, backed by a cool, crushed-rock minerality that really opens up as it breathes. On the palate, it’s bone-dry, razor-sharp, and wonderfully lively. Think refreshingly tart citrus pith and crunchy pear skin balanced by a touch of honeysuckle. All texture, zero sweet fluff. It finishes lean, stony and super tight, leaving a subtle floral trail that hangs around in the best way possible. Basically its dangerously easy to drink.
