Nose: vanilla bean & caramel notes with hints of fresh ginger & mandarin orange.   Taste:  Fresh cut ginger root, silky caramel, light toasted oak, with hints of ginger snap cookies & creme brie.   Finish: Light lingering ginger finish with hints of baking spice & butterscotch.
