Green River Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is rich in color with a golden-amber hue, and made with locally sourced corn featuring a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% winter rye and 9% malted barley. The higher rye content contributes warming spice notes on the nose, aromas of cinnamon, dried cherry, and light leather. Flavors of vanilla, caramel, and chocolate mint.
