This wine is a  monovarietal blend of two different vineyard blocks: 50% young vine fruit is vinified using native yeast \u0026amp; aged in 5000-6000 HL Slovenian oak casks in order to micro-oxgenate the wine; 50% of old-vine fruit is vinified and aged in stainless steel in order to preserve the succulent flavors inherent to Nero d’Avola, including cherry, blackberry, plum, sweet spice, tobacco \u0026amp; licorice. The 2019 vintage received 90 points from Wine Enthusiast.
